Gurbaksh Chahal
Founder, Chairman & CEO

Gurbaksh is a die-hard internet entrepreneur. In January 1999, he started his first company, ClickAgents at the age of 16. It was one of the first ad networks focused around performance based advertising. Eighteen months later he sold it for $40 million to ValueClick.

In January 2004, he launched his second company, BlueLithium. The company focused on data, optimization, and analytics and became a pioneer in behavioral targeting. BlueLithium was named one of the top 100 private companies in America for three years in a row by AlwaysOn, and in 2006, the company received the highest honor of Top Innovator of the Year. (Previous winners included Google, Skype, and Salesforce.com.) On September 4th, 2007, Yahoo! announced that it was acquiring BlueLithium for $300 million in cash.

Some of his television appearances include The Oprah Winfrey Show, Bonnie Hunt, EXTRA and Neil Cavuto, among others. He has also been profiled in such publications as The New York Times, Entrepreneur magazine, and The San Francisco Chronicle.

Chahal is also an international best-selling author of "The Dream," the true inspirational tale of his entrepreneurial journey. In September 2009, Chahal launched gWallet, now re-branded as RadiumOne.

On April 29, 2010, Chahal was awarded the Leaders In Management Award and an Honorary Doctorate degree in Commercial Science from Pace University for his career achievements as an entrepreneur.

Bill Lonergan
Chief Operating Officer

Bill is the Chief Operating Officer of RadiumOne, providing organizational and operations leadership for the company. Prior to joining RadiumOne, Bill was the Chief Financial Officer of Tapjoy, Inc.

With over 25 years of management experience in online media, he has scaled operations for several companies. Bill has an impressive record of driving growth, efficiency and profitability for technology companies. He has a strong background in developing and implementing strategic plans, motivating high performance teams and managing finance and operations.

Previously, Bill was the Chief Financial Officer of BlueLithium, where he had responsibility for finance and operations. Bill was also responsible for managing the M&A process and the integration of BlueLithium with Yahoo. Pror to BlueLithium, Bill worked with LookSmart, Tacit Software and was a senior partner with KPMG for over twelve years.

Bill has a BA in Geography from the University of Durham, England. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Rupert Staines
Managing Director, UK

Formerly a Senior Vice President with Specific Media Inc., joined Europe's premium behavioral ad network in late 2005 to lead the expansion into Europe. His Online Advertising experience goes back to 1998, when he opened offices for Valueclick Inc. (NQ: VCLK) in London, Paris, Munich, and Madrid and ran European operations through the company's successful IPO in 2000. He has been a company director for the last eleven years with a primary focus on generating revenue from commercially viable opportunities in Online Media, Licensing, and Brand Development.

He has twenty years of business knowledge and experience in International Operations, Digital Marketing, Media Sales, Intellectual Property and Brand Management with Specific Media, Adviva, Hasbro Inc., Valueclick Inc., The Nest, Associated Newspapers and BMW AG.

His core strengths lie in developing ideas and structure for business strategies that meet the needs of both advertiser/customer and media/brand owner. His mission is to persuasively articulate and demystify the complexity of digital media and to help marketers understand the future issues relating to the strategic use of knowledge and information in developing relationships between consumers, content owners and commerce.

He holds a BA Hons in German & Management Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Mike Werner
Senior Vice President, Sales

Mike is responsible for RadiumOne's sales and messaging to agencies and brand advertisers. In addition, he is charged with growing the company's sales force throughout the United States and equipping it with the tools necessary to meet the company's aggressive growth plans.

Prior to RadiumOne, Mike served as the VP of Sales and co-founder at BlueLithium, a second generation ad network. Mike built the BlueLithium sales team and was responsible for bringing in several large advertisers to help launch the company. Prior to BlueLithium, Mike was the Director of Sales at ClickAgents where he was successful in building a sales team and bringing brand advertisers to the ad network fold for the first time. Mike brings over 12 years of digital ad network experience to RadiumOne. He has handled strategic accounts, launched new products, and built sales teams from the ground up. In the process, he has proven himself to be an accomplished manager, skilled in executing integrated sales programs.

Mike holds a degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley.

Alex Gove
Vice President, Corporate Development

Alex comes to RadiumOne from Walden Venture Capital, which he joined in October, 1999. At Walden, he sourced numerous investments in digital media and other sectors and represented Walden as both a board member and observer. Before Walden, Alex was a Senior Editor and Senior Columnist at Red Herring magazine, a monthly publication focusing on the business of technology. From April, 1995, until his departure, he was responsible for the magazine's venture capital and digital media coverage and wrote numerous features and cover stories about leading companies and players in Silicon Valley. Alex began his career in entertainment production and investment banking.

Alex graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College.

Kamal Kaur
Vice President, Mobile & Display

Prior to joining RadiumOne, Kamal managed the media team at Yahoo! Ad Network. There, she provided leadership and direction in all aspects of the Yahoo Ad Network and also contributed strategic direction after the acquisition of BlueLithium.

Kamal co-founded and developed BlueLithium, a pioneer behavioral targeting ad network. She was instrumental in coordinating design, the flow of all UI features, analytical modeling of optimization algorithms, and the execution of the flagship products. She was also heavily involved in developing new business and building out the team. Prior to BlueLithium, she co-founded ClickAgents and served as the Director of Network Development, where she successfully brought brands to the premium publishers via performance-based initiatives. She has over 12 years of experience in online media buying and is an expert in building stellar products and teams from ground zero.

Kamal holds a Bachelors degree in Science from San Jose State University.

Eugene Kislyi
Vice President, Engineering

Eugene is responsible for research and development to establish RadiumOne as a technology leader in the social media advertising marketplace.

Eugene co-founded AdRevolver, one of the first ad servers engineered to take advantage of today's rich media ads and high bandwidth consumer environment. He led the company into a strategic partnership with BlueLithium in 2004, where he oversaw research and development activities as well as operations and support. In October 2007 Eugene joined Yahoo! Inc through its acquisition of BlueLithium. At Yahoo, he managed development of TAO, a next-generation analytics and optimization engine.

Eugene holds a MS degree in computer science from Belorussian State University.

Rebecca Watson
Vice President, Business Development

With ten years of experience launching digital media startups and monetizing online content, Rebecca is one of the leading young visionaries in Silicon Valley. Currently, she leads business development for RadiumOne | Social, a platform that provides advertising and virtual currency revenue to more than 250 publishers, social networks, and game developers. Previously, Rebecca was the director of business development at Real Girls Media where she launched and scaled DivineCaroline.com into a top 200 comScore property, and led all syndication, licensing, and content sourcing. Additionally, she founded the Real Girls Ad Network, a premium ad network connecting women's sites with Fortune 500 brand advertisers. Rebecca regularly speaks at conferences including CES, Ad-Tech, We Media, BlogWorldExpo, Mediabistro, and Digital Hollywood. She holds a U.S. Patent for scientific matchmaking. Prior to Real Girls Media, Rebecca was director of content for iMedia Communications and, before that, an investment banking analyst.

Rebecca graduated fifth in her class from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.

Dimitri Vaynblat
Vice President, Data, Optimization & Product Strategy

Dimitri is responsible for "making the data work" as well as for product innovation and strategy. He is an acknowledged expert in the field of optimization science and technologies as it applies to digital media and advertisement as well as to a range of other industries. Over the course of his career, Dimitri has led many projects focused on design and implementation of large-scale models for consumer behavior.

Dimitri comes to RadiumOne from RedAril, a data management and audience optimization ad-tech provider, that he co-founded and served as CTO and VP Products and Operations. Prior to Red Aril, Dimitri was VP Product Strategy and Behavioral Targeting at NebuAd, a pioneer in ISP-data based online advertising. Dimitri joined NebuAd from Exigen Group, a technology and services provider for Media, Financial Services, and Insurance customers, where he led the Operational and Strategic Planning group. Prior to Exigen, Dimitri was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co, where he served Fortune 500 clients on a range of business issues, including consumer behavior and marketing as well as technology development and deployment.

Dimitri holds a Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from MIT.

Doug Chavez
Vice President, Marketing

Doug Chavez formerly led Digital Marketing at Del Monte Foods. Under Doug's leadership Del Monte created a comprehensive consumer engagement strategy for Del Monte brands, such as Del Monte®, Contadina®, College Inn®, Meow Mix®, Kibbles 'n Bits®, 9Lives®, Milk-Bone®, and Pup-Peroni®.

Prior to Del Monte, Doug was Director of Ad Solutions at Yahoo! leading monetization strategy for Yahoo!'s Communications properties - Mail, Messenger, Flickr, and Groups. Prior to Yahoo!, Doug was Senior Director at Tribal DDB - Chicago. Under Doug's leadership the business achieved double digit growth and guided the team to win a Cyber Lion at Cannes - a first for the agency - for the "Lincoln Fry" campaign. Doug has received a number of industry awards including a Cannes Cyber Lion, Yahoo!'s Big Idea Chair, and a London International Award.
